About Risk Control Academy
Risk Control Services Nigeria in partnership with Yabatech Consult has introduced a unique security certification for the security workforce in Nigeria with a view to bridging the skills gap that exists in that industry.
The training certifications are the outcome of extensive research involving consultation with employers and subject matter experts, who evaluated the skills which security professionals need in today’s world in order to effectively protect the valued assets of individuals, government and businesses. These skills are then structured into training programs that give the ability which the security professionals need to effectively supervise, manage the security function or mange/install electronic security systems in an organization or company.
The training has three categories of certification which are:
- Professional Electronic Security Certification (PESC)
- Professional Security Management Certification (PSMC)
- Professional Security Supervisors Certification (PSSC)
The skill based Programs are structured into Modules, thereby making it easy for learners to move at their own pace. It also assists corporate organizations to develop modern security training plan for their security supervisors and management staff. For every Module completed, trainees receive a certificate of completion as well as the associated number of credits for that module which will move them closer to their desired Certification. Successful completion of all modules gives candidates the opportunity to write the qualifying exam for their desired certification – PESC, PSMC or PSSC.
The training is delivered in Risk Control’s custom-built environment and candidates are guaranteed to acquire the modern skills needed to stand out as professionals, whilst also receiving accredited certificate jointly issued by Risk Control Academy and Yabatech Consult.
